Many web sites require a 'cookie' to work properly, your browser security or privacy settings are not allowing the cookie to be set. Allowing cookies is slightly different on each browser so if you are unsure use your browser's 'Help' function to search for 'enable cookies'.

Examples:

Safari on a Macintosh

  1. Click on Safari menu
  2. Click Security
  3. Set Accept Cookies to 'Web Sites I Visit' (or 'Always')
  4. Click OK

Chrome on Windows

  1. Click on menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Show advanced settings
  4. Click Content Settings
  5. Select 'Allow local data (...)' or 'Keep local data (...)'
  6. Click Finished

Firefox on Windows

  1. Click on menu
  2. Click Privacy
  3. In History dropdown select
    1. Remember History, or;
    2. Use custom settings for history
      1. Set Accept cookies from sites
      2. Set Accept third-party cookies as 'Always'
      3. Set Keep until as 'they expire'
  4. Close tab

If the problem persists, or Cookies were already enabled

Then the problem is likely caching, web history or an expired cookie please follow our instructions for clearing web history/cache/cookies.
