Caching errors are most simply diagnosed by copying the URL that gives you the error and pasting it into a New Private or New Incognito window. If it works then the issue is caching, history and/or cookies.
Clearing your web history resolves a number of different issues and errors, including:
- Enable Cookies message in Find It
- Error 413
- Error 'Too Many Redirects'
- Bad Request - Request Too Long
- 'Something has gone wrong and our team has been notified' accessing Readings in LearnJCU
- A blank screen
Instructions
Firefox
- about:preferences#privacy (literally copy and paste this into the Firefox address bar)
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section
- Click 'Clear history'
- Scroll down to the History section
- Click 'Clear history'

Chrome
- chrome://settings/clearBrowserData (copy and paste this into the Address bar)
- Click Advanced
- Check the boxes for Browsing history and Cookies and other site data
- Click the Clear data button
