Occasionally network restrictions in some organisations prevent the use of EZproxy (elibrary.jcu.edu.au) from acting as your proxy for services restricted to on campus users. In these cases we recommend using JCU's VPN (Instructions for setting up JCU VPN).
Please use the “JCU VPN – Full” connection as mentioned in the VPN set up instructions (not "JCU VPN – Split").
