This seems to be a 'feature' of IE. JCU recommends Firefox or Chrome for best results using our many web apps. If that's not an option for you then some people have significantly reduced the occurrence of this issue following these steps:
Open IE on desktop & press the setting icon on the right top and open internet options
Open Advanced tab, locate the Security section in settings, and enable enhanced protection mode
Reopen IE and the message should stop happening
Some people report that all third-party extensions stop working.
