If One Search tells you we have a book, but Proquest is telling you we don't have access "from your current IP address", that's a glitch that we are working to resolve with Proquest. Go back to One Search and open the link again, and it should work.

If it still doesn't work, try searching for the book (using One Search) in a different browser. If it is still not working, use the exclamation mark icon in One Search to let us know there is a problem with that book:
