We will officially 'Go Live' with OpenAthens on the 29th of August. All current JCU staff and students will automatically have access to it via JCU's SSO authentication. While some resources are already accessible with OpenAthens as part of our testing not all resources are fully configured.
After Go Live on the 29th August OpenAthens access is granted to all current staff and students without breaches of account use.
When you find a resource via One Search, a database from the A-Z, Library Guides or Readings access should be smooth, if not transparent, via SSO.
In the meantime we are able to assist you accessing any of the online resources we subscribe to, just let us know what you are trying to login to.
