Australian Read and Publish Agreements are being negotiated by CAUL (Council of Australian University Librarians) on behalf of member institutions for 2022. JCU has signed 7 of the agreements for being the most relevant and cost neutral for JCU. 2022 is a trial year for all Australian universities.
