These messages are common when using a computer with BitDefender anti-virus/anti-malware software installed.
BitDefender may be blocking access because it has mistakenly identified EZproxy as a security threat.
You can add an exception for elibrary.jcu.edu.au or disable BitDefender and use another anti-virus product)
