My Library Account requires JCU login and password.
Follow the steps in Manage Your Account to change your password
Generally this is because your account is 'inactive'. Typically this is automatically set because you have finished studying or working at JCU, you are on a Leave of Absence, or you are a new student and have accepted your offer but have not yet enrolled in any subjects.

My Library Account requires library card barcode (Alumni can also use JCU login ID) and the password you set .
Use the Forgot password link on the Community and Alumni login screen
A link will be sent to the email address you registered with us (check your junk or quarantine folders if it doesn't arrive promptly)
Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain numbers and upper and lower case letters.
