Q. I'm returning from a Leave Of Absence but I can't log in to My Library Account, why not?

I can log in to other JCU services like email and LearnJCU, but not One Search's Library Account function.

Your Library Account is automatically 'Activated' on the date your Leave Of Absence is set to expire. Typically that is Week 1 of the semester you recommence your studies.
