It may be that the verification email with the registration code has been blocked or sent to quarantine.  Add the sales@saiglobal.com email address to your Safe Senders list in Outlook mail:

  1. Sign in to MS Outlook Web App via your staff or student JCU email account.
  2. At the top of the page, select Settings then View All Outlook Settings
  3. Select Junk Mail then Safe senders and domains
  4. Click the + Add button
  5. Enter the sales@saiglobal.com email address and press Enter
  6. Click Save button
  7. Exit from the Settings options

Go through the self-registration process again by attempting to view or download a document.
