It may be that the verification email with the registration code has been blocked or sent to quarantine. Add the sales@saiglobal.com email address to your Safe Senders list in Outlook mail:
Sign in to MS Outlook Web App via your staff or student JCU email account.
At the top of the page, select Settings then View All Outlook Settings
