ClinicalKey requires you to create a personal account to be able to download PDF versions of book chapters.
This is not the same as your JCU account and needs to be created within the database.
If you have already created an account for another Elsevier resource (e.g. Scopus, SciVal or ScienceDirect) you can use those credentials.
If you choose to register with your JCU email address, do not use the same password you use for JCU.
Once you have created your account, login to be able to download the PDF.
