Scanning is free, however you need to have a minimum of 10 cents on your JCU card to be able to utilise this option. You can see your current balance on StudentsOnline, and you can add money to your account using the CopyPrint online payment tool or at the paystations on campus (you will need your student card to use the paystations).
Multifunction devices (which are referred to as MFDs) provide photocopying, scanning and printing options for JCU students. CopyPrint the Printing, Scanning and Copying service located on the Townsville and Cairns campuses often requires your JCU card to use devices, but you may be able to log into the MFD with your username and password.
