Q. How do I print in the library?

Firstly, you need credit on your CopyPrint account, to be able to log into the printers. See here for Printing costs 

• Already have credit? Check your balance (link also available in StudentsOnline)
• Don't have credit? Add money to your balance by;
  • Using Cash Machines in the Library
  • Using Online Payment System (JCUPay) (There is a QR code at the Library Help desk which will take you to this form)

To print your document you can either use your own device or JCU's computers: 

If you are using JCU's computers: 

1. To print select the printer queue of your choice (Secure-Black or Secure-Colour)
2. Collect your printing from any of the printers in the library (on each floor)
3. Additional instructions for scanning, printing and copying with the Multifunction Printers (MFDs).

If you are using your own device: 

1. Connect to the JCU network, EDUROAM.
2. Go to IT's Service Now page here for specific instructions for your devices e.g. personal laptop (Windows or MacOS) or mobile phone or tablet (iPhone/iPad and Android devices).
3. Once installed select the printer queue of your choice (Secure-Black or Secure-Colour) and print your document. 
4. Swipe your card on the printer and release the print job. Collect your printing from any of the printers in the library (on each floor)
