If you have an enquiry about an item still out on your account, contact the Library. Advise when and how you returned the item, and attach your email receipt.
Library staff will check three separate times to see if the item is on library shelves and will let you know the result of the search.
If you find the item at your home or office in the interim, please let the Library know.
