Opening hours are available from the Library website.
JCU libraries have different opening hours depending on the study period. In Townsville, the Mabo Library has a 24 hour Information Commons available to JCU students. In Cairns the ground floor and 1st floor are open until midnight seven days a week.
During opening hours, the library buildings have different Zones for study, including Group study, Quiet study and Silent study. After hours some of these zones will be unavailable, but some spaces will be dedicated Quiet study spaces. Please note the signage present in our spaces and be mindful of other people using our spaces to study.
