Building opening hours and staffed services are available on the library website.
Both Cairns and Townsville library buildings are open 7.30am until 12 midnight, seven days a week (except Christmas & New Year).
In Townsville, the Mabo Library has a 24 hour Information Commons available to JCU students.
During opening hours, the library buildings have different Zones for study, including Group study, Quiet study and Silent study. After hours some of these zones will be unavailable, but some spaces will be dedicated Quiet study spaces. Please note the signage present in our spaces and be mindful of other people using our spaces to study.
