If you get a 'This webpage not available' message when trying to access a library eresource (like an article, ejournal, or ebook) it may be that due to network security issues the country you are in has been blocked from accessing the elibrary server. You will require JCU VPN to access Library resources during this time.
What do I need to do?
Install the JCU VPN
Connect to the VPN and access the resource you require through the Library web site.
