There is an intermittent issue that can happen to both staff and students who are using Readings & Past Exams. It can occur when academic staff are searching the Digital Library* and when students are searching Readings & Past Exams.
It is possible this is a caching issue and recommend that you open a new private window/tab (Firefox & Safari) or incognito window (Chrome) and try again (this bypasses any cached activity). Restarting the browser also seems to work. The Library is currently evaluating a replacement for the underlying software which will resolve this issue.
