A number of institutions using the same remote access software as us (EZproxy) are reporting that clients accessing resources via the NBN SkyMuster satellite service get web pages that are 'gibberish' or blank.
Without access to SkyMuster ourselves this is impossible for us to verify, and we've yet to receive a report of it from any of our clients.
If you do experience this issue we believe the solution is to access our resources via a JCU VPN Connection.
