Both the Cairns and Townsville Libraries have InfoHelp Rovers to help you with your technical problems. The Rovers are available to offer first tier IT support during the teaching periods of SP1 and SP2, Monday to Friday. Staff at the library’s InfoHelp desk also offer basic technical support. Issues that cannot be resolved will be referred to the IT Helpdesk.
Off-campus students can access the IT Helpdesk for assistance.
