Diagnosis

This means that you are trying to access an ebook from Off Campus without authenticating through elibrary (EZproxy) - so Proquest doesn't know you are part of the JCU community.

Solution

  1. Take note of the ebook's title
  2. Open EBL eBook Library through elibrary
  3. You will see a login screen; use your JCU username and password
  4. Search for the ebook
  5. Viewing and downloading the ebook will now work as Proquest will recognise you as coming from JCU
