Endnote is a great tool to use when referencing assignments. It is software used for creating a personal library of references to articles, books and other materials you have collected during your research.
You can then select and insert references from your library into a Word document. EndNote will create an in-text citation for the reference and also create the reference list at the end of the document. These entries can be configured to conform to any referencing style you choose.
For more information and to download the Endnote program see the Endnote LibGuide.
Please note that if you are experiencing difficulties downloading Endnote, you can borrow an EndNote disk from the library in order to install offline.
